I am Núria Deyà Molina, with C.I.F. 41501066G. For more than a decade, I have been working as a freelance jewelry professional, creating jewelry that I design and manufacture in my workshop of Carrer Ciutadella 12A, in Ferreries, with telephone 971373523 and email customer support email@example.com.
2. How to place an order?
To place an order, you must hover over the jewel:
If you click on the photo, you will enter its detailed description and you will also find the shopping cart, where you can add the chosen item. In the case that the jewel is a ring you will need to select the size (you will find a table to check what it is). Once added the article, a form will appear to fill it with your personal data and billing information, as well as A section where you can choose the payment method.
- If its price appears, this jewel is available: in stock, or to be manufactured (keep in mind that each jewel is handmade and that there may be a few days of margin in the delivery time, since most of the times, I will have to make it specially for you. In any case, I will keep you sharply informed on the status of your order. Thank you for your understanding!). - If the price does not appear and there is no shopping cart on the page, it is because this jewel was made to order or that it was a unique piece, which is no longer available. If you are interested in something similar, I’ll be happy to achieve it with you! A similar thing happens with wedding rings: on the page you will not find a shopping cart either, since I make them “à la carte”: You and your idea have a lot to say! If you give me details such as the size of your fingers, the width that you would like and explain me something about what you want, I can make a tigher proposal. The photographs are examples of some of the personalized alliances I’ve made.

– cash on delivery, upon receipt of the order, at no additional cost, only available for national deliveries.
– by bank transfer: if you choose this option, in the order confirmation email you will find the account number to make the payment.
VAT and national shipping (certified mail) are included in the prices of the jewels. You will only be charged an additional amount if you need a more urgent shipment. If this is your case, I would be grateful if you let me know as soon as possible so I can confirm you the exact ammount. Check prices in case of international shipments.
Returns will not be accepted and changes will only be accepted if the product is part of the jewelry usually available: if the product has been created specifically for the customer, it will not be eligible for changes.
In any case, the changes must be made before 30 days after delivery of the product together with the original packaging, invoice and product in perfect condition. If the price of the new product is higher than the original, the difference between the two will have to be paid.
The return of the purchase will be made under the charge and responsibility of the buyer, to the address of the workshop. In the same way, the customer will also have to bear the cost of the new shipment.
