As usual, at the beginning of April, the European Craft Days are held. This year, it will be the weekend of the 6th to the 8th. Over these days, the workshops adhered to the initiative, offer open doors to the workshops, visits and activities to show what we do.
This time, I will participate in a different way: The Artisanal Center of Menorca (es Mercadal) organizes an activity called “Artisans for a day”, in which, through a family gymkhana, artisan crafts are brought to the participants. I will propose an activity in the style of what I do in creative jewelry workshops for kids. It will be on April 7, from 11am to 1.30pm.
The gymkhana consists of 7 parts: 4 practices (plaiting, jewelry, painting and ceramics), 2 searches and a game.
The activity is free and it is necessary to pre-register, limited places. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and a coat.
Open to family groups with at least one adult person and children between 6 and 12 years old.
